1. Services

RBTechon provides custom merchandise, branded apparel, laser engraving, and related services. All orders are subject to availability and approval of artwork/design files.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices are quoted per project and may vary based on quantity, materials, and customization.

3. Artwork & Design

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or approving our design mockups before production. RBTechon is not liable for errors in approved artwork. Custom designs created by RBTechon remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Production & Turnaround

Standard turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. RBTechon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

RBTechon's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
